Housing undergraduate students near the center of campus. Nearby campus buildings include the Student Recreational Sports Center, Student Health Center, and Herman B Wells Library.

Housing for second-year through graduate students near the IU Health Regional Center. These unfurnished apartments are near the Student Recreational Sports Center and Hilltop Garden & Nature Center.

Housing for undergraduate students near the athletic area. Nearby campus buildings include Marching Hundred Hall, Memorial Stadium, Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall, and the Gresham Hall Resource Center.
