In order for your events to be successful, we ask that the following guidelines be met:

  • The event/program must be primarily geared toward students of IU Bloomington.
  • The event/program must be open and advertised to all students of IU Bloomington.
  • The event/program's purpose must be to serve the students of IU Bloomington.
  • If food is brought into the event, only pre-packaged food is allowed. No food that requires preparation can be made in the Hoosier Den. If you wish to cater, we need a copy of the contract or receipt.
  • There is to be no charge for entrance into the Hoosier Den.
