When you agree to a housing contract, you are financially responsible for room and board for the contracted period (e.g., the entire academic year for both the fall and spring semesters). Students cancelling their housing may be subject to a cancellation fee. See the housing contract for more information.
To cancel your contract, please use revisit the IU Bloomington Housing Portal and click "Request Forms", from the drop down, select "Housing Cancellation Request."
To appeal housing charges, log on to One.IU and search for "Appeal Charges." If you no longer have an active username/password, email rpappeal@iu.edu.
