Residents arriving on Sunday, August 11, Tuesday, August 13, and Friday, August 16 for early check-in will check in at the Indiana Memorial Union Bookstore on 900 E. 7th Street from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Parking vouchers will be provided for one hour in the IMU parking lots (Lots 1 and 2).
Residents arriving Sunday, August 18 through Tuesday, August 20 will check in at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. You will need to sign up for a check-in time before you arrive. Check-in hours are from 8 a.m.–7 p.m. on August 18 and 8 a.m.–5 p.m. on August 19 and August 20. Residents should enter from the north end.
Residents arriving after Tuesday, August 20 will go directly to the center desk of their assigned residence hall.
When you arrive in Bloomington, you must enter centralized check-in from the SR 45/46 Bypass at Gate 11, Purple Lot. Proceed to the parking area in the Green Lot. Enter the North Lobby of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall to complete your housing check-in.
This site will be open on your scheduled move-in day between the hours of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. On Sunday, August 18, this site will close at 6 p.m. If you arrive late, you will not be able to move in until the next day.
