The STEM community brings together students interested in careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The community promotes an environment where members inspire each other, identify resources and opportunities on campus, and provides academic direction. Students who want to live in the Wells STEM Thematic Community must complete an application and be approved to live there. Students will also have the opportunity for leadership development by participating in the student leadership council for the community.

- $50 annual program fee
- Double and single rooms

Community Requirements
Community members are required to participate in a minimum of three events per semester. Possible events include:
- Informational programming about career advising, graduate school, internships, prestigious awards, undergraduate research, or science talks by faculty and students.
- Community activities, such as Science Fest, Science Olympiad, or Girl Scout Science Day.
- Social activities designed to develop a sense of community.
